Rajiv Ratn Shah holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT-Delhi. He also serves as the head of the Department of Human-Centered Design (HCD), TCS Center of Design and New Media (CDNM), and MIDAS Research Lab. Additionally, he is the director of Kyron, an edtech startup.

Dr Shah earned his PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining IIIT-Delhi, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Living Analytics Research Center at Singapore Management University.

Moreover, his research papers have been acknowledged with best paper awards at several conferences.
